I think I read it for the first time in 4th grade. Since, I have probably read it 6 times. None since I left high school. It is an amazing book. Anyone who has a passion for hunting or the outdoors I think will carry the story a bit closer to them as they can relate a bit more. The writing is well done, and I will surely be purchasing a copy for myself, and perhaps to be loaned to my children someday...
