I didn't really mind the "don't resist evil" theology. The story was alright, and I was impressed that Packer actually got hurt, and stayed hurt for at least a little while. So often in books, if a character even gets hurt at all, the injury is conveniently forgotten.

Haha, I read about this book on Wayne Thomas Batson's blog a longish while ago, and then saw a random person at the beach reading it, but haven't heard about it since. Looks very interesting. *is annoyed with her library's selection*

I definately agree about the fighting for justice thing... "All that is necessary for evil to succeed is that good men do nothing," you know.

Anyhow, good review ;)
