I just finished The Sable Quean and I really liked it. I didn't think that it was to similair to his other books. I enjoyed the characters in this one, especially Buckler.

In case anyone wanted to see... here are the photos of the beret I made for Alyosha. :)

http://ravel.me/Kondrael/rb

And I have another book to swap. It's called Angelwalk, by Roger Elwood. NOT A KIDS BOOK - probably not for anyone under 16 or 18. (no swearing, but it gets a bit graphic in places, and in other places it states some facts about sin which do add to the theme of the story, but would be inappropriate for the younger audience.) I was given it; I read it and didn't like it - just going to pass it on. It's an ex-library book; with the card in the front. Otherwise good condition.

Actually, I eat and read all the time. Probably not the smartest idea, I know, but I like the combination. :)

Uh oh! I guess I'd better rescue that book I borrowed from my mom, I left it in the bathroom (and I always end up steaming the whole bathroom). Thanks for the tip!

The only tip I have is don't eat and read at the same time, you might spill something.
This one time I spilled a drink on a library book... eating and reading, bad combination...
Oh, and when using a recipe from a cook book, you might want to be extra careful, because you have a better chance of spilling something on it.

I should really go through my books and compile an actual list instead of random things popping up every other page. :)

I have a paperback copy of Harpist in the Wind I'm willing to part with. I want a hardback copy for my library but got a paperback by mistake... The only problem is it's the third in a series so unless you've read the first two it's not much interest to anyone. Although I highly recommend the series. It's got to be one of best series I have ever read.

Currently rereading Little Lord Fauntleroy, which is a favorite. It's an "easy read" for Burnett fans... so charming and easy to absorb. Not overly complicated. Just charming.
