Alright, so who has read these? I'm going to pick up Last of the Nephilim from the library today, and I'm really excited. Bryan Davis is one of those authors whose new releases always throw me into a state of ecstasy!

I've loved the series so far, although the last one seemed to be a departure from his usual stuff, considering that **SPOILER: In white, highlight it!** He actually killed off a good guy completely (or so it seems)!! *gasp*

So, has anyone read the first book in the Codebearers series, Hunter Brown and the Secret of the Shadow? I thought it was very good, esp. for the authors' first book.

Also, the authors have a really cool code and puzzle solving game on their website, kinda like Myst or Riven.

'Nother Bryan Davis series. How are these? I haven't had the chance to read them yet. All I know is that they are supposed to aimed at an older audience. I'm just about to search my local library for the first one.

I'm rereading The Patchwork Girl of Oz. (As you will know if you frequently visit the "What Are You Reading?" thread!) I like the living phonograph. :D

These are so good, I own all four!

When I first read Tears of a Dragon, I made the unfortunate mistake of reading it straight through in one long car trip. I was emotionally and mentally exhausted for a few days afterward!

This is the official Edward Eager thread, tho' I fear Ben and I will be the only people who have read these...ahem!...rother obscure books. I myself have only read three. :D
But anyway! We shall ramble about our readings, our preferences and discuss whether E.E. had God in mind when he wrote the series.

Discuss.

This is definitely one of my favorite series. I own the first four books, and can't wait for the finale this June. I'm hoping it'll be just as good as the others, and not a so-so, let's just tie it up, sort of ending.

Anyone read these? I loved them! The names of the three books are, in order: The Door Within, The Rise of the Wyrm Lord, and The Final Storm. They're fantasy, but they're still Christian. And they're filled with action, suspense, and a whole lot of of funny parts! (like the infamous lantern spider incident). You should definitely read these!
