Christmas Eve we caroled to our neighbor, had a snacky supper and watched "It's a Wonderful Life", which we do every year. 
My two little sisters and I stayed up til five in the morning watching movies, reading books aloud, giggling over inside jokes and generally having a wonderful time! Then they finally went to sleep in pallets in my room, and we all groggily got up two hours later. (I think I break the record at having been the only person alive at four on Christmas morning taking a shower...) We stampeded downstairs and mayhem erupted!!! We were very blessed this year and Mom and Dad shocked us into incredulous silence by actually getting a Wii machine. It's great fun to watch my little sisters nearly get hit in the face by Dad when he's "playing tennis", haha. Amongst the doodads and goodies most glorious I got come books (YAY!), a CD I've been eyeing with eagerness and...get this...an MP3 player! I was totally shocked, I still haven't taken it out of the package! *sobs* Anyone know how to maneuver one of those things?! I call it my Blackberry, it's really cute. We went to a friend's house for supper, which was weird because we hardly ever go anywhere for Christmas, we drove around listening to the Christmas carols on the radio, and I stayed up late eating ham, listening to new CDs and immersed in a book. Ah, glorious, most glorious!!!
