How long do the books have to be to be consider “books”?
Cause I did this last year with two friends by ourselves, and we made 90 pages and up “books”
The rules say that any book in or above your approximate reading level can count. So you could read a short story by Mark Twain that’s 5 pages long, and that would be fine. So there’s really no length that a book has to be to count.
I’ll join! I saw it on Wayne Thomas Batson’s website and freaked. That’s really cool that he put a link there. I have two questions. If I start a book before June 1, and then finish it after, does that count? And does it matter if it’s a book that I’ve already read? I was planning on doing alot of re-reading this summer, and reading the Dragonkeepers books again before Dragonlight comes out.
I’m glad so many people are joining! This’ll be fun.
Alassiel, only books that you’ve started reading on or after June 1st will count. But yes, you are welcome to reread as many books as you’d like. (I’ll be rereading the DragonKeeper chronicles this summer, too!)
