MemberI’m going through a complete LULL in reading lately, I’ve mainly been writing and staying up with a girl on a chat box who has back pains frequently. Jack and Jill is almost done, but as always with Alcott, it drags. I mean, I luves her writing and all that, but still!!! *pathetic moan* And Jordan, you’re weird. Or am I weird for thinking Inkspell was one of the worst books ever written???

MemberI’m not weird, Pip! I’ve just read a lot of worse books… But you’re not weird either, I guess.

MemberNeither of you are weird, you just have different opinions.

I haven’t been reading very much either, Pip.

Oh well.

Ahaha. Apparently. *didn’t know it was so noticeable*
Can I safely assume that you are reading books about WW2, Alyosha?
Hmm.
…
Good guess.

I’m under the impression that Funke needs a brutal editor a lot less than Paolini does…
Him too, I’ve heard. I’ve never had the misfortune to actually read something by the fellow, though.
Who else needs an editor…Stephenie Meyer, Victor Hugo, but the latter I love anyhow. *hugs Wilbour translation of Les Miserables*
Will finish NaNo today, so I am abounding in joy at the prospect of returning to my sadly-abandoned books.

I can’t do it either!

I’m finally nearing the end of Peter Duck. About 30 pages more and I’ll finish it.

MemberPerhaps not that you read that kind of thing (people not on GoodReads and on your friends list probably wouldn’t know), Alyosha, but the fact that you have a interest in WW2 is pretty obvious.

Hacking through The Coloured Lands.
I really like it but it is kind of slow. If I wasn’t so interested in finishing my NaNo I would just wrap myself up in a blanket and finish it, the fact that I have a cold might possibly distract people from jumping on me.

MemberYes, the quote button has a bug, and I’m waiting for the guy who wrote it to make a new, fixed version.

MemberI’m reading… nothing. *hides* Maybe I’ll start the Little House books. I haven’t read those for a looong time.
November 27, 2008 at 9:27 pm #40913Pip
MemberI finished Stories of the Pilgrims early this morning; it was a fast read, sweet and simple. Now have no idea as what to start next!
