Rereading Hornblower and the Hotspur and enjoying it just as much as the first time I read it.
Pilgrim’s progess
Well, I WAS reading the Scarlet Pimpernel.
Review coming soon, hopefully.
I am reading The Way of the Wilderking. Which is very good, but if you know the story of David it’s not very surprising so far.
The Vanishing Sculptor, though I have Masters and Slayers coming today, so an inner battle may play out this week. I really want to save MaS for a long car ride next week, but we’ll see if I cave.
I just finished Mrs. Paul’s new book, Dragons of the Valley.
Ooh! I was just trying to figure out when I could read that one… P’raps soon?
I just started The Silmarillion.
I’ve been working my way through the Anne of Green Gables series. I’m on the third one, Anne of the Island.
I’m reading Starlighter right now.
Anne of Green Gables -L.M.Montgomery
I am reading the Rangers Apprentice number 9, Halt’s Peril. It’s not as good as the rest, but still enjoyable.
Anne of Windy Poplars.
Spider Sparrow. It’s a very different Dick King-Smith book.
I wasn’t sure where to put this little shout-out, but I figured since it’s the most frequented thread, I’ll slip this in. Waterbrook-Multnomah has this program up where you sign up to review new publishes on your personal blog. There is no requirement beyond your owning a blog. They send you free books that you can keep! I thought it was a pretty sweet deal:

You can read more information there.
I’ve already signed up and will be posting my reviews at:
http://freshpressbookreviews.wordpress.com/
Thought the notion of free books might appeal to some of you.
