Owan, I read that book to my younger siblings and remember it being pretty good.

Until one reaches one of the last chapters, that chapter was all bogged down with math problems. Terribly confusing. :P

Artemis Fowl by Eoin Coffer 279 pages

Sorry, guys, but I really didn’t have fun reading this. Not to mention the ending was dragged out and it wasn’t even a proper ending. The language wasn’t fun to wade through either. However, I did quite like the characters of Butler and Juliet (I forgave Butler for braking the pickpockets fingers and various other brutal acts by the end of the book, he was so sweet toward Juliet. Lovely. :P ) Every other character could have died and I would have cared less. Infact, I probably would have rejoiced. (Terribly bad of me, I know.) Though, of course, if I leave the plot and characters out of the picture I can speak about the writing itself, which wasn’t bad. Different, yes, (it read like a history book) but it didn’t bug me.

DragonKnight by Donita K. Paul 393 pages

The plot isn’t very good with this one. It took some 300 pages to actually get started and whatever happened to the quiss? I think Mrs. Paul tried to get to much into it this one. It was terribly said when Fenworth died *wipes away tear* He was (one of) my favorite characters. Poor fellow. I always thought the ending to be a bit strange, the fact that Pretender was real. I mean, I knew he was a real character but he seemed so aloft and never actually came near and terrorized people…Anyways…
