This was my favorite book when I was little, and I still like it.
Though Willy Wonka is a bit uncaring. The Life of Our Lord by Charles Dickens 104 pages
I never did care for Bible retellings, personally. But then, it’s not a bad thing.
The Martyr’s Song by Ted Dekker 111 pages
I sound like such a pessimist and all that bit no, I don’t like this book either. The story was fine, but the whole thing about “being beautiful” didn’t make since and was unbelievable if you know what I mean. And I didn’t think the writing was quite as good as it could be.
Freddy Goes to Florida by Walter R. Brooks 197 pages
I adored these when I was younger. And even if they’re a little kiddyish I still like them.
