I loved the first two, the idea of flying over your school with a half dragon girl…SWEET! But the third one I had trouble getting into. Maybe I didn’t stick it out long enough, or maybe I was just getting sick of them, after reading the first two right after each other. The last one looks interesting!

I thought the first book, Beyond the summerland, ooh I don’t know. I spent the entire weekend, every moment, reading and was finally getting into it, and loving all the characters, and I stayed up late reading past midnight to finish it. I almost cried! It was a good book, but I hate it too. Yet I’m still reading the next one

    :D

I’ve never heard of teaching text books. Same thing for me though. We (mom and I) made the mistake of trying a pre-algebra class before, I could quickly mulitply…it was a disaster, for sure! But Math-yo-se helped a lot!

Some Elf dude..I don’t think he was in the movie…well actually I think he might be that mute elf that stands by Gladrel(is that how you spell it?), but I’m not sure!

Oh I don’t want to read them! I was just wondering if someone did, if they might be slightly better than what I’ve heard. They are kinda hard to miss. I read the Thief by Megan Whaler Turner. I thought the ending was kinda confusing. I didn’t see it coming at all!

    Isle of Swords is fantastic!

My favorite math series so far is Math-You-See. I think Saxon is terrible!

    AMEN! lol, Pip…you Rock.

Its a book about (from what I know) a girl who dates a vampire, and all about their relationship. If he should drink her blood, what their children will be like..etc. ;) A new movie is coming out about it. I think there is about..3 or 4 books
