MemberAlyosha, I didn’t get to Father Brown yet. I got stuck in a Bryan Davis rut, so I am getting out of that right now.

MemberPip, I still have all of my stuffed animals, and I remember most of their names.
You saw iSundae, right? Mr. Kitty is my favorite from back when I was less than a year old, I think (kinda hard to remember back that far, but we have photos). He’s still in my bed, and he still comes on almost every vacation I go on!CCM-wise, I listen to older stuff more than newer. And a lot that wouldn’t be defined as CCM but is still Christian. And some that is not.

MemberI received volume 1 of The Complete Father Brown for Christmas and I will probably either start it tomorrow, or read it on the long long car trip we’re doing on Saturday. (my turn to desert, I’m afraid…)
Jordan
MemberSounds exciting! Can’t wait to read it!
Jordan
MemberOoh! Connecticut Yankee! Fun! I’m reading Danny Dunn and the Anti-Gravity Paint.

MemberNo. In fact, there hasn’t been anything truly official from Disney about this.
Jordan
MemberOkay, people, don’t fly off the handle, but in case you haven’t heard, Disney seems to be dropping VDT. This does not mean that the film will not be made!!! Walden still has the rights and if this story is true, they will be able to pick any studio they like.
Please don’t post rants against Disney. We don’t even know if this story is true. There are a few errors in the announcement, and I cannot find a press release anywhere.

MemberLoL, yes, you can visit Web sites on cell phones.
And I ended up not reading anything, but we listened to two audiobooks.
Jordan
MemberI don’t know what I’m reading. I’m writing this from my dad’s cell phone while I wait for everybody to be ready to leave grandma’s house. Then I’ll know what I’m reading, since all my books are in the car.
Jordan
MemberOh yes! He’s finally doing a warrior mole!!

MemberNo, no, no… The Indian in the Cupboard is about a boy who receives a strange cupboard for his birthday. When he puts a miniature Indian toy into the cupboard and locks the door, the Indian comes to life. It’s fun and interesting.
Jordan
MemberI’m reading The Indian in the Cupboard and quite enjoying it.

MemberRuined Reep??? I thought they did a magnificent job!
Jordan
MemberYeah, and check out the post on NarniaWeb! There are a couple interviews with the cast, and Ben Barnes really looks like he’s ready to play King Caspian.

MemberI very quickly read Slaves of Speigel by Daniel Pinkwater. Now I need to find something else.
