Indeed! We should have a button created to put on blogs and such.

Ummm, I like it more when we get to see what everyone else is reading and their thoughts on it, cause at the end our brains will be so fried we won’t remember by a long shot how much we liked a book, at least until we’ve had some chocolate. But since during the R.A.T. ( ) everyone else will be munching chocolate so for a few weeks the raise in the price of chocolate-based products will be accounted for and we’ll haveta resort to root beer to remember facts about books.

Needless to continue, I think we should post the book and titles when we’ve read them.

Not offering books as prizes is highly offensive. We must write to the board of library reading programs and protest! Someone make a sign! Rally a bunch of book-lovers!

Usually the first thing I put as an Interests thing if I’m signing up for something is Reading! That’s always first. And I almost always have books hiding somewhere on my bed. Often, in the middle of the night, I’ll hear a CRASH that tells me books have fallen off!

Seceret passages, huh? I must plan a secret passage from my dungeons to the huge library in my future castle. I am going to have a castle, you know.

Rockin’! I am going to have one of those nutty, colossal libraries with a huge fireplace and sliding ladders. *think, Beauty and the Beast*

Oho, I relate to Nearly Every One on both Jordan’s and Alyosha’s lists!!! I never bother to memorize me library card, however, cause we don’t live near enough to a library for me to use it every week. :x We’re currently lookin’ fer a new house, and usually the first thing I ask about a possibility is “Does it have a library near?” It’s one of my dreams to have a library or bookstore within walking distance!

You could have a thread for signing up for the Read-a-Thon, and then before it starts close it so nobody can come in and surprise members who worked hard all summer. It sounds nasty hostile, but last time we had some nosty surprises.

Shadow of the Almighty is dragging, because it’s all a bunch of his letters and diary entries, none of her writing.

YES!!!! I FINALLY finished Salamandastron! Now I think I’ll skip around, take a break from Redwall and then start back with The Long Patrol.
