MemberYup, it was single disc, so i haven’t seen any of the extras yet. I’ll do that whenever our copy gets here.
Reep didn’t seem to get the same respect he does in the book, and the knightly manner he has is present far less in the movie. Also, I thought they almost tried too hard to make him funny sometimes.

MemberYuppers! I was quivering with excitement and grinning like an idiot through most of the movie.
However, my sis and I officially agree that they ruined Reepicheep. :x

MemberIt turns out, I was at the grocery store last night, and was staring longing at the rent a dvd machine, with Prince Caspian displayed at the top, when my mother walks over and shows me the coupon that came with our receipt: 5 free movie rentals! So I got Caspian, waltzed home, and told my family to come watch Narnia with me. They naturally assumed it was LWW, until we got to the DVD menu and someone went, “Wait a minute. That’s Miraz’s castle!” At that point I just cracked up laughing and explained.
SO we got to watch it the day it came out after all.

MemberOur family doesn’t really have alot of Christmas traditions. We decorate sometime soon after Thanksgiving, and we get a tree (real!) whenever we have time in December. We usually do hors’deuveres and presents with our grandparents on Christmas Eve, then go to the midnight church service. On Christmas morning, we open the rest of the presents, and then just relax.

MemberIt’s snowing! It’s snowing! *dances around the yard in her bare feet, giggling wildly* Oh, wait, it’s raining. No, actually, it stopped. Make up your mind, willya?

Member5 days! Fortunately we’ll have relatives here over the weekend, so I’ll be distracted and won’t go crazy with waiting.

My grandmother’s recipe specifically calls for the liver, heart, and giblets.
That’s part of the reason I don’t like it.

MemberAh, that makes sense!

MemberHere we usually don’t get alot of snow, but people within an hour’s drive will have tons. It drives me nuts.

MemberI’m fine with turkey, but I don’t like canned cranberry sauce or my grandmother’s stuffing, even if it is a special family recipe. I think she considers it treason not to like her stuffing.
Alassiel
MemberI heartily agree! Preferably several feet at once, but that’s unlikely. And preferably while my friends are at my house, so they are snowed in and are forced to spend the night.
