How is Dragonlight? I’m reading I Kissed Dating Goodbye by Joshua Harris, very good book.

I know, CT, that was a weird book! The first and last of the DIOM series are the best, the poetry’s the best part!

The Magician’s Boy (Cooper), 101 pages. Read to siblings, they really liked it. Very funny!

    Running Total: 4,010 pages!

    Thanks! I left some comments.

Yay! I went to the library this afternoon! Fridays and libraries are among my favorite things. *strains from the Sound of Music floats through head, are quickly smothered* I’ll be starting a book or two tonight; it’s around midnight now, my favorite hour. Does anyone else like to stay up late? (Preferably reading…)

Glad we are partners in apalled silence, Jordan! Nice to have company.

I’m reading Oliver Twist this fall for school, hopefully it’ll be good. What’s y’all’s favorite movie adaptation of A Christmas Carol?

Don’t laugh yet: A Muppet’s Christmas Carol. :) Honestly! I’ve seen a bunch o’ versions and that’s the best one yet!!! LoL

    Math, ugh! Least fav. subject.

It’s funny :) the things I am able to read for school. Things like Black Beauty, Mere Christianity, The Illaid! I keep track of ‘school’ books, it’s quite varied.

Hey, I don’t mind if Jacques writes 100 Redwall books! Yup, Doomwyte sounds spooky. It’s coming out sometime in October.

Did y’all know that his last name is actually pronounced Jakes? I find that rather hard to believe…

Why are so many people saying The Dark is Rising movie was bad! I liked it. It did have a few things that I probably would have changed, but it’s on my growing list of fav. movies. Pretty soon I’m gonna start the thrid in the series, “Greenwitch.” I’ve been hesitant because of the name, but decided to try it.

Sidenote: The cimematography in the Dark is Rising was very wacko; they even had some upside-down shots, so the movie left you feeling kinda dizzy. Woulda been a good ‘un ta see in the theater, but I didn’t know back then if it was witchy-poo or not. We rented it before we got it.

Totally. The Last Sin Eater is supposedly based on a book by Francine Rivers. It was a pretty good movie. Have to check out the book…*scheming*
