    Welcome back!

Is this thread for talking about the book series as well as the little test thing?

I finally took the time to start reading again! Hooray! (What was I thinking to hold off on books for that long?) i’m now happily reading George MacDonald’s “Phantastes”. Very fun. He has some beautiful word pictures in it.

I’ve really enjoyed this series. My favorite would be. . . Pearls of Lutra. Although Taggerung runs a close second. I really should re-read them.

I love the audio version of that, read by Norman Dietz, because I don’t have to try to figure out how to pronounce all the scientfic names.

I’ve got ketchup all over The Pirates of Pompeii when I read it.

I nailed my sister’s brand-new copy of “A Penny for Your Thoughts” with a peppermint shake. *cringes* I felt so bad!

I generally read on my bed. And, for the most part, in a position that is not good for my back or spine or neck, or anything else.

Please tell my they got the “harp string snapping” right.

Hm. Now I’m curious as to what led them to make that decision.

I’ve got a little book that I copy down my favorite poems into. (As I discover them, of course.)

We just found a nice, big book of old poetry in the bargain books at Borders for $5!

Would “The Lie” by Ken Ham count? (I’m assuming it would because “Do Hard Things” counted.)

    LoL. Sounds like fun!

I finshed The Rise of the Wyrm Lord, but I’ve got to wait to start re-reading The Final Storm until I get some library books read. Ah, the problems of “due dates”. At least we get three weeks to keep the books.
